Preparation: Wash with shampoo. Do not massage or scratch the scalp. Dampen your hair. 2. Wrapping therrels: Normal hair is wrapped in therrels while the hair is damp. If your hair is difficult to curl, add perming solution before wrapping the rod. 3. Method: Apply hair cream around the forehead to the ears. Cover with cotton. Place 2-3 drops of perm solution on each shaft. If perming solution drips onto the head Use cotton to blot it out. Change the cotton pad on your forehead after applying the perm solution. 4.
